Log a Service Call

Kindly provide us with the following correct information for us to assist further:
As soon as above information has been provided, we will assess the claim request and one of our friendly call centre operators will contact you.
To log a call, please ensure that you have the following information at hand:
•    Geyser details (Serial number, code, and size of the geyser)
•    Client’s details (Name, Surname, contact number and Full physical address where the geyser is located).
•    NB: Proof of purchase and proof of installation will be requested if the serial tag is no longer visible or available.
